The hotel location is good, with easy access to nearby Cecina and the coast. the staff are friendly and welcoming, with good communication despite some language barriers. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and a mini fridge. the pool is a great feature, with regular cleaning and plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast is a nice traditional Tuscan spread, with a good selection of items.

The hotel was cozy and had a nice rustic touch to it. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The breakfast had a good selection and everything was fresh. The location was peaceful, and the hotel had a great swimming pool.

Lovely small hotel, situated near the main routes, hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful in providing us with information even though we didn't speak the language. The clean and comfortable room had enough space and a sizeable bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic and really set us up for the day ahead.

The local public transport was not very good, so we had to rent a car to get around. We did experience a little bit of noise from other guests, but this is to be expected in a hotel and did not greatly affect our stay.

Convenient location near the coast and beaches, with easy access to main routes. Clean and comfortable room with traditional furnishings and a big bathroom. Friendly and welcoming staff who provided a good buffet breakfast. Loved the swimming pool area and the electronic gate key which gave us total freedom to come and go.

Neighbouring guests were very noisy at night, which made it difficult to sleep. Communication with staff was challenging at times, as they had limited English and we had limited Italian.
